After multiple warnings from the United States Government and the United Nations (UN), the Israeli Army shocked the residents of Rafah by bombing the center of the city, considered the last refuge for Palestinian civilians in the midst of the war.
During the early hours of this Wednesday, multiple Palestinian media outlets and journalists shared videos of the Israeli military bombing tents with their tanks in Rafah, with innocent civilians inside them.
Likewise, only moments later it was confirmed that Israel had begun an offensive in central Rafah, with videos confirming the attacks and showing families, with young children, fleeing the explosions.
The attack occurs just after multiple protests in the US by university students, condemning President Joe Biden of being complicit in the genocide in Palestine and demanding that he stop funding the Israeli Army.
"How can we kill as many civilians as possible? How can the destruction be so massive and great? How can we burn Gaza to the ground? This is what the Israeli terrorists are trying to do, cause as much damage as possible." , declared the Palestinian journalist Tamer in his X account.
"In those scenes, the Israeli tank deliberately targeted a gas station in the city of Rafah, and soldiers captured those scenes documenting the size of the planned explosion. This is how terrorist Israel carries out genocide in Gaza," he concluded.
